The primary mission of Upstate Behavioral Health Consultants (EAP) is to establish and maintain compassionate, supportive and confidential behavioral health care to our individual clients and all the employees of our member companies. This system aims to identify and address personal issues at an early stage, ensuring that they do not impede job performance.
